The Westin Indianapolis Hotel

The room was spacious, but parking fees were quite high.

The bath products were very nice- I've never seen soap shaped like a leaf at a hotel- very fancy!

Hallways messy and cramped at check in.

We explored the nearby Circle Centre Mall which has great upscale restaurants, perfect for a fun evening. Plus, we enjoyed easy access to some top golf, tennis, and pro sports events in town. Just a heads-up, checking in took a bit longer since they were busy.

One downside was the dining options. The restaurant in the hotel didn't have many choices, and breakfast was a disappointment. Wish they offered more variety for meals.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable .

Hated the fact that there were no vending machines !!!!! Mini bar prices were outrageous and we did not buy anything from it . Paying $38 dollars for parking from 4 pm Saturday until 5:09 Sunday was totally ridiculous . What do they expect all of their customers to do with their cars once they get to their hotel ? Or do they all walk fromm their destinations ? I will never stay there again nor will I ever recommend this hotel to family or friends !!! One more thing , some fat security guy in the lobby was a total jerk to me also but I did not get his name .

Great location, so close to Convention Center Plaza. Also, to Lucas oil stadium.

The location was convenient to the Indianapolis Convention Center where our event was held. The walkway to the Convention Center was also nice since it was raining.

Everything was wonderful....No complaints.

The Westin is more concerned with bling than real quality. The bathroom is so small the towel supply is in the shower, the sink is so high it is clearly meant for pro-basketball players. The shower was not in good condition. The services in the room leave a lot to be desired. ($7.00 for a soda and a candy bar.) Next ime I will spend the extra $ and stay in the hotel up the street. This was not a good experience and this is the first time I have ever put in such a negative review. Never again! I will be talking to the Westin Hotel group.

The front desk was very uneven about helping me or making arrangements

everything was very nice we had to change rooms because of the toilet not flushing right but they got our room changed in a timely manner

The guest room was well-appointed, with a comfortable king bed and a spacious sofa bed. The hotel staff maintained a cute atmosphere.

The lobby felt a bit crowded during the large event, affecting our entry.
